4 · Buyer e-signs the PO

The buyer signs from their phone through an expiring token link — no login, no app install. Signature, name, IP, and timestamp are captured server-side.

5 · Invoice with excise tax

A compliant invoice generates automatically. State wholesale excise tax is determined per line from product classification and buyer license type, with a full audit basis stored on the invoice.

6 · Transport & delivery

Assign a licensed secure transporter, schedule the run on a geocoded route, and confirm delivery. Inventory deducts once — idempotency guards prevent double-counting on retries.

7 · Commission releases

The commission locked at facility approval accrues to the ledger when delivery confirms, and a 14-day reorder check-in schedules itself. The loop restarts at step 3.
